My experience was excellent and the barbers are very skilled and enjoyable to talk to. You will be provided with a very classic experience here! It's a 3rd generation barbershop with a cigar club that was recently added in back. Even if you dont smoke there or join the club you can buy cigars at the front desk. I will now be coming here every month from Carnegie to get my hair cut for the foreseeable future and I plan on joining the cigar club. ”

“ I’ve been coming to this barber shop for 15 years, and it’s still the only place I trust for a great cut. I’ve always seen Sam, and it’s been amazing to watch both him and the shop grow over the years. I still remember when Sam was perfecting his craft—back when having WiFi on your phone would make his speakers go staticy, and he’d have to ask if you had it on. It was always a good laugh and part of the family feel that makes this place so special. One of the things that makes Sam truly stand out is his use of the old-school Roffler barbering technique—a rare skill these days. In all my years, I’ve only ever found one other barber still practicing it. The precision and attention to detail that comes with Roffler barbering is part of what makes every cut from Sam exceptional. For the past five years or so, the shop also had a cigar lounge that was always a blast. It just recently shut down this month to expand the shop, and while I’ll certainly miss it, it had a great run. The people I met and connected with there made it even more memorable—it truly made you feel like you were back in the early 1900s, with its old-school, traditional vibe and good banter. There’s a reason I’ve been loyal to Sam for all these years. Even though I now live out of state, I still make sure to schedule appointments with him whenever I’m in town. This is more than just a barber shop—it’s a place built on loyalty, quality, and genuine connections. Highly recommend! ”
